SUKKUR (Bureau Report):<\/strong> The celebrations marking Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) formally commenced with a spiritually uplifting and reverent Welcome to Rabi-ul-Awwal<\/strong> ceremony organized by the Milad Mustafa Committee Pakistan<\/strong> in Sukkur. The event was attended by a large number of religious scholars, Sufi personalities, organizational leaders, young people and devotees of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony featured the recitation of the Holy Quran, Hamd, Naat, Qasida Burda Sharif and Durood-o-Salam. The participants expressed their devotion and love for the Holy Prophet (PBUH), while prayers were offered for the peace, prosperity and unity of the country and the Muslim Ummah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking on the occasion, Ghiyasuddin Qadri<\/strong>, Founder and Chairman of the Milad Mustafa Committee Pakistan, announced that the city would be decorated with green flags bearing the symbolism of the Green Dome of Madina as part of the Rabi-ul-Awwal celebrations. He said that annual flag-hoisting ceremonies and other programs would also be organized throughout the city to welcome the blessed month and promote love and devotion for the Holy Prophet (PBUH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Haji Muhammad Yasin Saeedi<\/strong>, Central President of the Milad Mustafa Committee Pakistan, addressed the gathering online through a video link from Lahore. He congratulated the participants on the arrival of Rabi-ul-Awwal and highlighted the significance and blessings associated with the sacred month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allama Professor Pirzada Mir Muhammad Qureshi Hashmi<\/strong>, President of the Milad Mustafa Committee Taluka New Sukkur, also expressed his views on the occasion and emphasized the importance of commemorating the blessed birth of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) with respect, devotion and adherence to his teachings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Haji Shakeel Ahmed Siddiqui<\/strong>, Central Secretary General of the organization, briefed participants about the committee’s future plans and activities for the Rabi-ul-Awwal celebrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allama Mufti Muhammad Asjad Nauman Khan Qadri Noori<\/strong>, Principal of the Milad Naat Institute, spoke about various aspects of the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). He stressed the need for Muslims, particularly young people, to study the life and teachings of the Prophet (PBUH) and incorporate his exemplary character into their daily lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other speakers, including Allama Naseer Ahmed Sheikh, Muhammad Arif Qadri, Muhammad Rashid Raza Qadri Attari, Abdul Hameed Abbasi<\/strong> and others, also addressed the gathering. They said that the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal brings a message of immense mercy and blessings for the entire universe. According to the speakers, the arrival of this sacred month provides an opportunity for Muslims to celebrate the blessed birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and spread his teachings of compassion, peace, justice and humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The speakers emphasized that expressing love for the Holy Prophet (PBUH) should also involve following his noble character and teachings. They announced that green flags would be displayed across Sukkur and that the atmosphere would be filled with Durood-o-Salam as part of the celebrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They further stated that the Muslim Ummah is facing numerous challenges in the contemporary world and that adherence to the Seerah and noble example of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) can provide guidance in overcoming these difficulties. They stressed the importance of promoting tolerance, unity, brotherhood, respect and moral values within society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The speakers also highlighted the role of the Milad Naat Institute<\/strong> and other platforms in educating young people about the life, character and teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). They said that efforts would continue to provide the younger generation with religious awareness, moral training and a sense of responsibility toward society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A number of prominent personalities, including Haji Faiz Muhammad Masoomi, Abdul Jabbar Attari, Muhammad Imran Ismail, Muhammad Aslam Abbasi, Muhammad Ishaq Naqshbandi<\/strong> and others, participated in the ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event concluded with special prayers for the security, peace, prosperity and stability of Pakistan, the unity of the Muslim Ummah and peace throughout the world. Participants also prayed for the well-being of humanity and for harmony and brotherhood among people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refreshments, including drinks, sweets, tea and biscuits, were served to the participants at the conclusion of the ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program was hosted by Muhammad Rashid Raza Qadri Attari<\/strong>, Joint Secretary of the Milad Mustafa Committee Pakistan, who expressed his gratitude to all religious scholars, Sufi personalities, office-bearers, guests and participants for attending the ceremony and contributing to its success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
