The arrested suspect was identified as <strong>Muhammad Talha alias Ali, son of Muhammad Rehan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police said a pistol with rounds and a motorcycle were recovered from the suspect\u2019s possession. The motorcycle was allegedly snatched from the jurisdiction of Frere Police Station, and a case regarding the incident had already been registered there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to police, the arrested suspect is a habitual offender who had previously been arrested in connection with various criminal cases and had also served time in jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During interrogation, the suspect allegedly confessed to involvement in several street crime incidents. Police further stated that the investigation revealed the suspect was allegedly involved in a robbery near Power House, where a mother and her son were reportedly robbed at gunpoint in recent days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police said the suspect also allegedly confessed during interrogation to his involvement in the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Various reports regarding the incident had also been circulating on social media.
