Bhriastti (Report by Muhammad Sabun Junejo):
A seminar on achieving higher wheat yields was organized near Shah Cotton Factory, Bhriastti, by Fatima Fertilizer with the cooperation of Seth Nadeem Rajput and Haji Zulfiqar Tawnah. The event aimed to educate local farmers and landlords on modern agricultural techniques and fertilizer use for improving wheat productivity.

The seminar saw participation from a large number of farmers, landlords, agriculturists, social and political figures, and journalists, including Rais Bahadur Khan Naich, Haji Ali Sher Rajput, Chaudhry Ajmal Arain, Seth Dilshad Rajput, Rana Abdul Sattar, Abdul Majeed Keerio, Sajid Ali Channa, Rana Rashid Ali, and Ghulam Sarwar Rajput, among others.

President of Bhriastti Press Club, Rana Abdul Sattar, warmly welcomed the representatives of Fatima Fertilizer, along with other guests, appreciating their efforts to promote awareness among the farming community.

During the session, Fatima Fertilizer’s representatives — including DM South Abdul Samad Abro, RSM Sukkur Nadeem Ahmed Kharl, DSM Ihsan Khan, TSO Ghulam Sarwar Mastoi, and FA Abdul Jabbar Rajput — gave a comprehensive briefing. They explained how timely and balanced use of Fatima Fertilizer products, combined with proper land leveling, seed selection, water management, and soil testing, can significantly increase wheat production by 5 to 10 maunds per acre.

Speakers emphasized that the correct use of fertilizers, along with efficient water utilization and soil fertility management, can greatly benefit farmers by improving both quality and quantity of the crop. The participants showed keen interest and engaged in discussions on soil health and sustainable farming practices.
