Renowned Pakistani actress Mahira Khan has opened up about her deep affection for Karachi, while also voicing concern over the city’s deteriorating condition.
Sharing glimpses of Burns Road and other localities on Instagram, Mahira highlighted the vibrant life that still thrives in the city’s narrow streets and neighborhoods.
In her heartfelt post, she admitted that sometimes Karachi leaves her amazed. “Because of my work, I have had the chance to see parts of the city I had never visited before,” she wrote.
Mahira acknowledged the challenges Karachi faces—ranging from poor infrastructure to chaotic urban life—but emphasized that her love for the city remains unshaken.
