Hollywood star Tom Holland has revealed that he was diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD as a child, discussing how these conditions have influenced his acting career.

In a recent interview, the 29-year-old candidly shared his experience with dyslexia, which he was diagnosed with at the age of 7, and ADHD (Attention Deficit/ Hyperactive Disorder).

“I have ADHD and I’m dyslexic and I find that sometimes when someone gives me a blank canvas, it can be slightly intimidating”, Holland admitted.

He explained that these challenges can arise when developing a character.

Holland emphasised the importance of play in fostering creativity, stating “Anyway that you can, as a young person or as an adult, interact with something that forces you to be creative and think outside the box that makes a difference”.

On the professional front, Holland is busy with major projects, including Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film ‘The Odyssey’ and a new ‘Spider Man’ installment titled ‘Brand New Day’.

Additionally, he is rumored to be the front runner for the next James Bond role.
